Swimming: Beginning
Course Details
This class is for those who are new to swimming or have fear and discomfort in the water. It is also for those who have taken beginner classes but still struggle to move in water. The course focuses on developing basic balance and movement skills through fundamental water exercises. The goal is to become comfortable and in control in shallow and deep water, which will facilitate effortless learning of stroke techniques such as freestyle.
Accomodation
1.Stay in a classic undergraduate residence hall.
2.Residences will have a lounge, common area, laundry facility, and computer cluster with printer.
3.You will most likely have a roommate and you may be placed on co-ed floors.
4.Eat meals with fellow students in a nearby dining commons.
5.Dining options support students with food allergies, religious requirements, medical needs, and vegan/vegetarian diets.
