This course will help students improve their tennis stroke techniques with a focus on depth, direction, and spin, as well as advance strategies and tactics. It includes cooperative and competitive drills to enhance performance. The course aims to promote physical fitness, develop motor skills, and encourage a positive attitude towards wellness and physical activity for a healthy lifestyle. All PHYSWELL classes begin in the first week of the summer quarter, and the class meets at West Tennis Courts. If students are unable to register or join the waitlist, they can show up on the first day of class.
1.Stay in a classic undergraduate residence hall.
2.Residences will have a lounge, common area, laundry facility, and computer cluster with printer.
3.You will most likely have a roommate and you may be placed on co-ed floors.
4.Eat meals with fellow students in a nearby dining commons.
5.Dining options support students with food allergies, religious requirements, medical needs, and vegan/vegetarian diets.
