Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning: Theory And Practice
Course Details
This course teaches the basic concepts of machine learning and artificial intelligence in a hands-on manner. Students only need basic knowledge of calculus and linear algebra. The course starts with an introduction to Python and the theoretical foundations of ML and AI. Students will work on linear regression and implement stochastic gradient descent using TensorFlow and PyTorch. They will also learn about neural networks, Convolutional Neural Networks, and handle forward and backward passes during training. Finally, they will work on solving practical problems of ML and AI from diverse domains.
