Course Details
- Study ancient, medieval, or modern history topics through solo study and group sessions.
- Analyse different sources, sort factual accounts from biased ones, and strengthen debating skills.
- Explore classic artefacts, texts, and landmarks for an exciting exploration through history.
Accomodation
- Stay in the City of Cambridge, with city tours and orientations provided.
- Experience formal dinners, Bop events, and social activities to immerse in local culture.
- Enjoy free time for self-directed exploration and activities with peers.
Tuition
- Learn the Oxford way with tutorial-style teaching in small groups (no bigger than 8).
- Complete two pieces of independent work for evaluation in tutorials.
- Receive a certificate and letter of recommendation from your tutor upon course completion.

- Visit iconic historical sites such as Westminster, British Museum, Canterbury, Greenwich, Warwick Castle, Tower of London, and Portsmouth.
- Participate in evening socials, diverse activities, and college visits for a well-rounded experience.

Oxford Summer Courses was established in 2010 by two Oxford University alumni, Harry Hortyn and Robert Phipps. Offering a diverse range of over 40 subjects tailored for ages 9 to 24, their summer courses are hosted at prestigious university colleges and boarding schools in iconic cities including Oxford, Cambridge, London, and more. In 2023 alone, over 2,380 students experienced Oxford Summer Courses.
