Course Details
Join our Maths course to go beyond simple calculations and gain a deeper understanding of fundamental theory and problem-solving. Develop essential mathematical thinking skills for future problem-solving applications.
Accommodation
1. Accommodation will consist of single or twin rooms in a college setting
2. The accommodation is located within a mile of the city centre
3. Some locations may have ensuite rooms available

Tuition
1. An expert tutor will lead interactive seminars in small groups, with no more than 8 students.
2. Two pieces of independent work (essays or problem sheets) will be completed by each student during the course.
3. The tutor will evaluate the work in either a 1:1 or 2:1 tutorial, providing feedback and an opportunity for discussion.
Extracurricular Activities:
1. In addition to academic study, students are encouraged to engage in social activities and explore the city.
2. Socializing with like-minded peers and participating in practical field trips are key components of the program.
3. The program offers a rich social calendar, including traditional guided tours of University museums and relaxing punting trips on the River Cam.
Oxford Summer Courses was established in 2010 by two Oxford University alumni, Harry Hortyn and Robert Phipps. Offering a diverse range of over 40 subjects tailored for ages 9 to 24, their summer courses are hosted at prestigious university colleges and boarding schools in iconic cities including Oxford, Cambridge, London, and more. In 2023 alone, over 2,380 students experienced Oxford Summer Courses.
