Feed your enthusiasm for medicine by taking this Medicine Summer School at Oxford Summer Courses, designed for ages 13-15. Based in Oxford colleges, you’ll dive into the world of medicine, learning everything from broken bones to terminal illnesses. Understand how the body works, from anatomy and physiology to infectious pathology. Explore medical ethics, learn to diagnose, and apply your new skills to real clinical cases. Participate in interactive workshops to develop teamwork, debating, and collaboration skills. The small classes of no more than eight students mean you'll get plenty of quality time with your teacher and engage in group work, independent research, and lively debates. Enjoy a blend of academic exploration, social engagement, and cultural experiences, gaining insights into what it's like to study at Oxford and creating unforgettable memories.

Oxford Summer Courses was established in 2010 by two Oxford University alumni, Harry Hortyn and Robert Phipps. Offering a diverse range of over 40 subjects tailored for ages 9 to 24, their summer courses are hosted at prestigious university colleges and boarding schools in iconic cities including Oxford, Cambridge, London, and more. In 2023 alone, over 2,380 students experienced Oxford Summer Courses.
